This is a QWERTY-TenGO hybrid keyboard solution where a
user can type using the standard QWERTY configuration or easily switch to TenGO typing on 6 large main
alphabet keys.
Why do we need TenGO for the hard keyboard?
TenGO allows the user to:

My 4100 TenGO keyboard does not seem to work
Please check the following:
Please check that the keylock switch at the side of your TenGO 4100 keyboard is not in the lock position.
Please do a soft reset of your PocketPC after installation.
After a soft reset, did a tutorial for the 4100 TenGO Keyboard appear?
Under Programs, you should be able to see an icon labeled 4100 TenGO Keyboard.
On d-click of the icon, you should see that the check box for Enable 4100 TenGO Keyboard to be checked.
You should be able to see in the SIP selection, choices for TenGOTM (which is
for TenGO soft keyboard) and TenGOTM Keyboard (which is for the 4100 TenGO Keyboard).
Under normal circumstances, on pressing the keyboard, the SIP will naturally select this. Maybe a manual selection
of the TenGOTM Keyboard in the SIP might help.
During some of our tests with AnexTek SP230 and AudioVox 4100 hardware, we found that some of the PDAs had a poor or
dirty 19-pin connector at the bottom. These PDAs initially did not work with the keyboard and we had to clean the leads of
the connectors and some even had to have the keyboard fully sit into the PDA before the keyboard worked.
