on this site. Any information collected from our users can not

Online Purchases
We use a credible third party company, DigiBuy (“Digibuy”),
which is a division of a listed company Digital River, Inc,
to process all online payment transactions such as credit cards,
debit cards, charge cards, check, money orders and telegraphic
transfers. This company does not retain, share, store or use
personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
On our order form, a user is asked to provide contact information
(e.g. name, email and address) and payment information (e.g.
card type, number and expiration date). This information is
used solely for billing purposes, to fulfill customer’s order
and, if the customer chooses, may be used for future promotional
offers, if we have trouble processing the order, this contact
information will be used to get in touch with the user.
Once the payment is processed, Digibuy will send an email order
confirmation to the user and us, and relevant registration instructions
will be generated by us and send to the user via email.
Product Registration
Once payment has been made, besides getting a payment transaction
acknowledgement from DigiBuy, the user will also be notified
by us via emails on the product registration process and critical

Downloads and Installation
TenGO™ software is available for downloading, and attached with
a fixed period of “free use” for the user to trial. However,
the use of any TenGO Software from this site is subject to the
End User License Agreement ("License Agreement") accompanying
the installation.
Any Software that is made available to download from this Site
is the copyrighted work of Xrgomics and/or its authorized suppliers
or partners. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of
the License Agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included
with the Software.
An end user will not install any Software that is accompanied
by or includes the License Agreement, unless he or she first
agrees to the terms of the License Agreement. The Software is
made available for downloading solely for use by end users according
to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution
of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement
is expressly prohibited.
After a user downloads the software for a fixed free-use period,
we will keep our follow-up e-mails minimal. It will be restricted
to an e-mail confirmation and later, an e-mail reminding the
user the end of the free-use period is nearing. There will be
no subsequent mailings related to the download, unless you choose
to sign up for them.
